November 19th Lunch & Learn

 

Historic cook Diane Schwindt will present a lunch and learn program on tavern foods. She is currently the resident historic cook at the Ketcham Inn in Center Moriches where she teaches historic culinary and domestic skills using all authentic museum pieces. Diane has earned recognition from New York Hisotrical Society and has been featured in Newsday and on News 12.
