PROMENADE AND PARASOLS In this exhibit we featured three gowns that we consider being “jewels of our collection”. Additionally, we chose to highlight a seldom-displayed selection of antique parasols. Just before the New Year the Historical Society staff moved their offices back to the Trade School, 209 Main Street, from the Conklin home, 2 High Street. The Conklin home served as the societies offices for 2 years and while we were sad to leave, we couldn’t wait to move back home!Details
